st: help for anglestyle

In the help for anglestyle, it says:

"Note:  Under Unix, only angles 0, 90, 180, and 270 display correctly
on the screen.  Angles are correctly rendered when printed."

This problem is also present for Mac OS X. That is, rendering is
incorrect on the screen.

Why is this the way it is?
