Pampel FC (2000) "Logistic Regression: A Primer";
Menard S (2002) "Applied Logistic Regression Analysis (2nd ed)".
Pampel is the pick of them. But then I would say that, having been to ten
outstanding lectures of his on various aspects of LR this summer.
