st: Density distribution sunflower plots for Stata version 8.2

Stata Corp has recently released a program for plotting density
distribution sunflower plots (see  Dupont, W.D. and Plummer W.D. Jr.
2003.  Density distribution sunflower plots.  Journal of Statistical

These plots are useful for displaying bivariate data whose density is
too great for conventional scatter plots to be effective.
