st: Re: SSC downloads

Hi all,
I am unable to download ado files using commands such as 
.ssc install makematrix
from Stata. An r(2) error is returned and even though I 
.set timeout1 300
an r(2) error was still returned.
Would anybody have any ideas about how I may overcome this?
