Stata does (not try to) provide anything much in this 
terrain. It sounds as if you need very different software. 

I don't know for sure, but Matlab probably provides
the kind of support you need. 

That costs money; Octave is a free alternative. 

J from http://www.jsoftware.com is another free
alternative.
