st: Updated -metan- meta-analysis program available

This is for anyone who uses the -metan-, -funnel- and -labbe- routines to 
perform meta-analysis in Stata:

An updated version of all three programs is now available. A few new 
features have been added, the major one being the ability to do stratified 
meta-analysis via a by() option. More details of the programs are given in 
the document  at http://www.ihs.ox.ac.uk/csm/metan/metan_updates.pdf

The easiest way to get the new versions from the internet is to open up 
Stata and type

  net from http://www.ihs.ox.ac.uk/csm/metan
  net install metan , replace

The programs are also available at the Boston website, and may be located 
by the search
