st: regression

I have a very simple regression:

prate = Bo + B1mrate + E

I run the regression and find the value of Bo and B1.

I want to find the predicted value of prate when mrate=3.5,
What Stata command can I use to do that?

How can I do a histogram of the residuals of my regression?
