Could be just a bad connection; try again later.
What error code do you get? (Something like r(2).)
Click on that and see if you get further details.
Also, are you set up so that you can
go through a proxy properly? In
your -profile.do- you need lines like
set httpproxyhost <something.kcl.ac.uk???>
set httpproxyport 8080
set httpproxy on
