st: SSC accesses

Sorry, through some mangling the brief paragraph at the top of my 
message with last month's stats was truncated. It should read

 There were over 20,650 ado-file downloads from the SSC archive in 
September
 (help ssc). These files represented the efforts of 129 authors in the 
Stata
 user community.
