18. EPS files produced by graph export did not print
properly when placed in some Adobe applications such as PageMaker and
InDesign, although they would print and could be viewed by other
applications; this has been fixed.
This sounds similar to the problem Bayard is describing.

I was one upgrade behind. I -update-'d all and tested an eps file from the
updated version in both MiKTeX and PCTeX and I get perfect output from both.
