With Stata's version 7, I was able to limit the range of the Y axis to only
show
the range of the data (Survival from 1 to 0.7 in this case) by adding
the 'yasis' option. This seems to have been removed from version 8.
In the manuals I can find a way to make the Y axis cover a larger range, but
not a
smaller one.
Any help?
