I am very happy with the present way Stata is. The manuals are not only
"manuals", but also good text books for several subjects. I would not like
to use CD or PDF in this instance.
And, as a user from Brasil, I can assure that the price of Stata, although
cheap for the American standards, is very high for our standards.
