Thanks. That helps. (The documentation on changing the font size in
the viewer is a little obscure.)
I think I would still prefer a hyperlinked pdf version of the paper
documentation, but a hyperlinked SMCL version would be a big advance.
Would creating hyperlinked pdf documentation be much more difficult or
expensive than doing this in SMCL?

You can change the font e.g. in Windows you click on the top
left-hand corner of the Viewer window. Do you mean something else?
