st: Text editors and Stata FAQ revised

Thanks to Kit Baum, the FAQ on text editors and Stata 
at

has been revised. This FAQ now reflects the work 
of 26 people. 
 
The principal revisions are a new section on ConTEXT by 
Stephen McKay; a revision of detail on EmEditor by 
Friedrich Huebler; and updated web and book references
in sections on Unix editors, Pico and TextPad. Thanks 
to those concerned for this contributions.
