The log2html routine of Baum and Cox has been revised, with Bill Rising
contributing to its further development. The routine (available for
Stata version 8) produces an HTML file from a SMCL log file, and in
this revision provides preformatted schemes (similar to Stata's own
color schemes for window preferences), rescaling of text size, and
support for CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). log2html7 remains available
(and unchanged) for Stata version 7 users.
The updated routine may be downloaded via ssc install log2html from the
SSC archive.
