Thanks for answering Nick,
I have searched the statalisting acrhive and the only information I found
is on other people reporting the same error message [(r111) xlines not
found] when using the 'surface' command. You also mentioned, on the July 9,
2002 that the author Adrian Mander is on the list... and I hope that he is
around for a reply.
