st: text editors and Stata FAQ

Earlier today Roger Newson mentioned this FAQ 
which is at

The FAQ has just updated to mention the
advent of Stata syntax highlighting for SlickEdit. 

Thanks very much to John Kalat, who did that work, and to 
Kit Baum, for updating the file. 

To our knowledge, some form of Stata syntax highlighting 
is now available for 9 text editors.
