st: Logit equation with exponential coefficient

I am trying to estimate a logit equation of the form:
exp(b1 + b2*x2 + b3*x3 + x3^b4)/ (1 + exp(b1 + b2*x2 +
b3*x3 + x3^b4))

I would like to test if b4 = c for various values of
c.  What is the best way to do this?

I am working in STATA 7.
