st: stcompet updated

Dear Stata Users

The -stcompet- (competing risks) has been revised to utilise -levels7- 
rather than -levels-, thus ensuring that it will continue to work on Stata 
version 7.

So if you updated -levels- command, you should install new stcompet  via 
ssc install stcompet.
