st: new ado, stcompet, for competing risks

Dear Stata Users,


I just sent to SSC archive a new ado, stcompet, aimed to estimate 
cumulative incidence, related standard errors and pointwise confidence bounds.
New ado is for version 7.

As usual any comment or bugs reporting is appreciated.
