In Stata 8, I would like to produce a graph similar to the one on p.158 in
[G] with something like

graph hbox pinftime tinftime winftime, ///
over(idinfra) by(ethnic , note("")) ///
boxgap(1) nooutsides note("") legend(rows(1)) ///
name(infra, replace)

To complicate things, I only want to have one common legend for the left
*and* the right box plot, centered in the middle. However, I can't find out
how to get rid of the left legend. Is there a way to do this?
