These are links to my -svr- and -survwgt- packages. Even more easily,
type
. ssc describe svr
and/or
. ssc describe survwgt
which will show you the same information about them, and set you up to
install them easily in Stata.
These packages are designed to handle the replication-based approaches
to estimation of survey variances, so they should do what the original
poster needs, which is to analyze data from a survey that comes with
replicate weights, rather than stratum/psu information.
