In Stata8...
I added some ylines to a -graph box- using the -yline()-
option, wherein one of the values specified in -yline()-
was slightly outside of the range of the data being plotted.
Rather than expanding the y range to include the line in
the usual graphics region (as Stata7 does), Stata8 plotted
the line in the x-axis label area at a location that
appeared to be correct had the y-axis extended down that
far.
I presume this is a StataCorp programming error rather
than some scheme setting or other option that I missed,
or a change in design (to no longer automatically extend
the range). Can anyone confirm or deny this presumption?
