has been posted on SSC. Some details follow
my signature. Yet more details are given
in its help file. Users of Stata 8 may
install using
. ssc inst cycleplot

-cycleplot- is a program to draw cycle plots (known also by
various other names, such as month plots or seasonal
subseries plots).
-cycleplot- produces a graph of response by month and year.
response may be raw data or the seasonal component of such
data.
The descriptors month and year are used for concreteness.
For month and year, read strictly shorter period and longer
period. That is, the plot may be useful whenever periods
are divided into a fixed number of shorter periods.
The graph shows a fixed number of subseries.
This is a rewrite for Stata 8 of the existing SSC module
-sssplot-.
