Chris,

do a search for latex from within stata. There are a number of choices
of you use latex. I have tried outreg, to create a table with results
from regressions, there are other options for tables. I think outtex
or outtables is what you're looking for, these scripts write tables to
files with formatting in latex.
If you're not using latex as your editor, then I don't know.
