One answer: use Stata to find out.
I'm short-cutting because I know
that -gllamm6- is less glamorous
and has been superseded by -gllamm-,
but that's apparent anyway.
The version on SSC is easiest to see
. ssc type gllamm.ado
The meetings one turns out to be old
. type http://www.stata.com/meetings/5uk/gllamm/gllamm.ado
and the one on the SJ site is in between
. type http://www.stata-journal.com/software/sj2-1/st0005/gllamm.ado
