Thanks Steven and everyone else. I finally figurate it
out. The problem was that "stattransfer6" was not on
my sytem's path. Even though I added it using dos,
every time I closed the Dos window it would be
deleted. I finally found out how to added permanently
via the properties in "my computer" icon. It worked
great after that.
