That isn't quite correct. Beginning with SAS version 8, rudimentary survey
analysis is available (means and OLS regression), along with a survey select
proc. SAS 9 is supposed to add logistic regression for survey data. But I
recommend shelling out for SAS-callable SUDAAN if you have significant
survey needs, and you use SAS anyway.
