I'm not exactly sure what you mean by predict residuals, but if you mean
calculate residuals using the predict command, then you simply refer to each
individual equation separately with the predict command. You have to run
predict for each equation, so you may need to make several passes. Check
the online help or manual for mvreg. Note that the coefficients and, hence,
the residuals for MANOVA are no different from regular OLS.
