st: SSC archive materials

Within Stata, the newly implemented 'ssc whatsnew' command is the cat's 
whiskers for keeping up on the efforts of the Stata user community. Its 
cousin, which allows you to get similar info via a web browser, is 
accessible at

http://repec.org/docs/ssc.php

and has been reworked to remove some difficulties with the embedded links. 
Although I strongly recommend that you not use the web browser links to 
_install_ Stata modules, the web browser front end does contain one very 
nice feature for Stata authors: a direct link to the access statistics, 
showing how many people have viewed the materials over the last several 
months, in graphical and tabular format. Try it out!
