Dear statalisters,

I know I'm asking for something very specific (perhaps too much!) but does anybody know about :

A) a Stata routine (or software or tables) calculating sample size to compare more than two survival curves?

B) a Stata routine (or software or tables) calculating sample size to compare two survival curves by Wilcoxon (Breslow-gehan) test ?

C) a Stata routine (or software or tables) calculating sample size to compare two survival curves by the trend test test ?

Thank you very much for any advice you can give me.
