As Marcello Pagano, the list maintainer, signalled
last Friday, the Statalist FAQ has been updated.
New members of the list should all receive
a shortened version of the FAQ on joining. Reading,
or least skimming, the whole of the FAQ is strongly
recommended to list members, especially before you post anything.
As flagged by Marcello, the most important recent addition
is a new section
