st: Revised collapseunique & funcdep

Hi everyone.

In case anyone has been using collapseunique or funcdep, new versions of 
the .hlp files have been placed in the ssc archive -- both within the 
collapseunique module.  In this case, only the .hlp files have been 
changed. (The last change to the .ado's was on 3-25-2004.)

collapseunique collapses data to unique values in by-groups.
funcdep tests for functional dependency.

Thanks to Kit Baum for placing these into the ssc archive.
