Visit with Stata developers at JSM: August 3–6

Roberto Gutierrez (director of statistics) and Jeffrey Pitblado (associate director of statistical software) will be available at the Stata booth during the 2008 Joint Statistical Meeting (JSM) to answer your questions on all things Stata. Also attending is Bill Rising, director of educational services. We will have books for sale and items to give away. On Wednesday, August 6, 2008, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM, Jeffrey Pitblado will conduct a workshop, Survey Data Analysis with Stata (activity number CE_34T). Knowledge of Stata is not a prerequisite, but a basic understanding of statistics is assumed.
