The 2nd Iberian Stata User Group Meeting will be held at:

Date, location, and enrollment

The 2nd annual Iberian Stata user meeting will be held on the 12th of May 2000 at the Colegio Real María Cristina in El Escorial, located 50 kilometers northwest of Madrid (Spain). There is excellent transportation from Madrid to El Escorial, including train and bus service. The bus takes 45-50 minutes to go from downtown Madrid to El Escorial.

All are welcome to attend.

Enrollment will be handled by Timberlake Consulting in Spain.

The cost for attending is 10:500 pesetas per delegate. You may enroll by emailing timberlake@zoom.es or by contacting them directly:

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own accomodations. Lodging can be found in both El Escorial and Madrid.

Event organizers

The academic content is being organised by Aurelio Tobias (bledatobias@ctv.es), Statistical Consultant, and Javier Ballesteros onpbaroj@lg.ehu.es), University of the Basque Country.

The arrangements are being made by Timberlake Consulting in Spain.

All the organizers would like to thank D. Agustín Alonso Rodríguez for making it possible to hold these meetings at the Colegio de Estudio Superiores "María Cristina" del Escorial.

Format

The meetings will include a mixture of paper sessions and open discussions.
